Gina Prchlik, PE | President
Gina has over 20 years of experience in construction management for structures and civil infrastructure projects for local agencies, Caltrans, and transit authorities. She began her career as a Caltrans Structures Construction employee on the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge Self Anchor Suspension Span performing structures inspections and office engineering duties. She then moved to the private sector as a consultant where she gained experience as a Resident Engineer and Project Manager for several local agencies throughout the Sacramento Region and Bay Area. Her knowledge of contract administration, in particular LAPM compliance, and construction experience coupled with a collaborative and hands on approach drives projects to success and meets client’s goals of schedule, quality, budget, and grant reimbursement.
